President Joe Biden took office Wednesday, but a couple of coats took center stage.
As family, friends, and politicians gathered at the U.S. Capitol to see Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris being sworn in, viewers couldn't help but enjoy the outfits of some attendees. The cold winter temperatures triggered a lot of outerwear that caused many people to pause their thoughts on the in-depth management and instead ask themselves, "Who made this confection?"
