The official character description tells us, “Scientist Mark Stevens is a charismatic bad boy obsessed with cryogenic technology. But when he's not breaking into corporate safes, he's busy breaking hearts with his irresistible charm and mischievous style. Armed with his own cold guns, he becomes a new thorn in Team Flash as DC Comics villain Chillblaine. "
In comic book history, Chillblaine has sometimes worked (and sometimes worked with) the evil Golden Glider aka Lisa Snart, but there are currently no plans for Peyton List to repeat her role in Season 1.
Chillblaine marks the newest villain in season seven, which premieres on Tuesday, February 23rd. As noted in the new season, Flash will ultimately defeat Mirror Master Eva McCulloch (played by Efrat Dor), the dangling threat posed by the pandemic. paused season 6B, "but it will also unleash an even more powerful and devastating threat to Central City: one that threatens to tear his team - and his marriage - apart."
Plus, showrunner Eric Wallace told TVLine that Team Flash will face the real Godspeed in Season 7.
In addition to his two-year run as Shadowhunters' Hodge Starkweather, Cor's previous TV credits include Being Erica, Syfys Being Human, Dark Matter and Lost in Space. Most recently, the Vancouver-based actor appeared in Lifetime's Christmas on the Vine, CBC's Trouble in the Garden and Hallmarks Cross Country Christmas.
